Welcome to menurutlo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the menurutlo platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, or have obtained valid parental or guardian consent;
• You agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which form a single inseparable agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of this document, you may not use the menurutlo platform.

2. Platform Operator

The menurutlo platform is operated by PT. Kreasi Lintas Cakrawala, a company legally registered in Indonesia. Registered address: Jl. Manunggal Pratama No. 8, Cipinang Melayu, Makasar, East Jakarta Administrative City, DKI Jakarta 13620, Indonesia.

In this document, "menurutlo," "we," "us," and "platform" refer to PT. Kreasi Lintas Cakrawala and the services it operates.

3. Age Requirements & Tiered Access

menurutlo enforces a tiered access system based on age, in compliance with PP TUNAS and Permenkomdigi 9/2026:

• Under 13: Registration is fully blocked at both the app and server level.
• 13–15 years: Read-only access to Ask polls. Verifiable parental consent is required before account activation.
• 16–17 years: Access to open Testimoni, Ask, posting, following, and community features. Not available: anonymous mode, paid research, and standard Nearby.
• 18 years and above: Full access to all standard features.
• Verified Adult (KTP): Full access including Anonymous Testimoni and paid research participation.

Providing false age information is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account deletion and potential legal consequences.

4. User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to menurutlo.

License You Grant Us

By uploading or posting content on menurutlo, you grant PT. Kreasi Lintas Cakrawala a license that is:

• Non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and worldwide;
• To use, copy, store, distribute, display, modify (including compress, resize, and convert format), broadcast, and transmit such content;
• Solely for the purpose of operating, developing, improving, and promoting the menurutlo platform.

This license ends when you delete the content from the platform or delete your account, except where the content has been shared by other users and remains within the context of a legitimate interaction.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

• The content is yours or you have sufficient rights to share it;
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• The content does not violate applicable law in Indonesia;
• You will indemnify and hold PT. Kreasi Lintas Cakrawala harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from content you upload.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, share, or distribute content that:

• Contains violence, threats, harassment, or hate speech based on ethnicity, religion, race, or group affiliation (SARA);
• Is pornographic or sexually explicit, especially involving minors;
• Infringes the copyright or intellectual property of others;
• Spreads false information (hoaxes) that may harm individuals or the public;
• Is intended to facilitate fraud, phishing, or other illegal activities;
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• Violates applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in the following on the menurutlo platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions;
• Attempting to identify Anonymous Testimoni senders by any means;
• Using the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising without prior written consent from us;
• Impersonating another person or entity;
• Misrepresenting your age or identity to access features not intended for you;
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract data from the platform;
• Disrupting, interfering with, or damaging the platform's technical infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.

7. Testimoni & Anonymous Mode

Anonymous Testimoni is available only to users aged 18 and above who have completed KTP verification. The sender's identity is encrypted and stored securely, and is never disclosed to the recipient, other users, or third parties except as required by law.

Misusing the anonymous feature to harass, threaten, or harm other users constitutes a serious violation and will result in permanent account deletion, device blocking, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

We retain the technical ability to identify anonymous senders in situations involving serious harm to individuals or a valid legal order.

8. Points, Rewards & Paid Research

Points & Badges

Points and badges earned on the menurutlo platform have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money except through officially designated redemption mechanisms explicitly offered by menurutlo. Points may expire in accordance with the applicable program terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points program at any time with notice.

Paid Research

Participation in paid research surveys is a separate service that requires:

• KTP verification (age 18+);
• Explicit consent for each research campaign;
• Compliance with the survey instructions provided.

Dishonest, inconsistent, or fraudulent responses will result in disqualification, account suspension, and cancellation of any pending payments.

9. AI Bots & Companions

The menurutlo platform provides AI companion characters named Luna, Ray, Maudy, and Lody. By interacting with these characters, you understand and agree that:

• They are fictional characters powered by artificial intelligence, not real humans;
• Their responses are automatically generated and do not constitute professional advice in any field, including but not limited to mental health, legal, financial, or medical matters;
• menurutlo is not responsible for decisions you make based on conversations with these AI characters;
• If you are in an emergency or require professional assistance, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.

10. Intellectual Property

The name "menurutlo," its logo, design, interface, platform infrastructure, and all brand elements are owned by PT. Kreasi Lintas Cakrawala and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Indonesia and internationally.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use menurutlo's brand elements for commercial purposes without prior written permission from PT. Kreasi Lintas Cakrawala.

11. Third-Party Links & Content

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or content. menurutlo does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party sites. Your access to third-party sites is entirely at your own risk.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

Our Rights

PT. Kreasi Lintas Cakrawala reserves the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms;
• Restrict your access to certain features;
• Remove content that violates our policies.

Account deletion results in the permanent and irrecoverable loss of all points, badges, content, and access.

Your Rights

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Account deletion does not relieve you of obligations relating to content you uploaded prior to deletion.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The menurutlo platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from interruption.

PT. Kreasi Lintas Cakrawala is not liable for:

• Content created or shared by other users;
• Losses arising from decisions you make based on content on the platform;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures;
• Data loss resulting from technical failures;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

In no event shall the total liability of PT. Kreasi Lintas Cakrawala to you exceed the greater of the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand rupiah).

14. Force Majeure

PT. Kreasi Lintas Cakrawala shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, government actions, pandemics, or national emergencies.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through:

1. Direct negotiation — written notice to legal@menurutlo.com, with a 14 business day response window;
2. Mediation — if negotiation fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation for a minimum of 30 days before pursuing formal legal action.

Each user agrees that any claim against menurutlo may only be brought individually and not as part of a class action, representative proceeding, or any other form of consolidated claim.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the mechanisms in Section 15 shall be submitted to the East Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Timur), Indonesia, as the agreed jurisdiction.

17. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PT. Kreasi Lintas Cakrawala regarding your use of the platform.
• Language: In the event of any conflict between the Indonesian and English versions of this document, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide notice via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
