Welcome to MenurutLo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using any part of the MenurutLo platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are between 13 and 15 years of age, parental consent is required before using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

MenurutLo enforces strict age-tier access to keep the platform safe for all users:

• Under 13: Registration is fully blocked.
• 13–15 years: Read-only access to Ask polls. Parental consent required for full access.
• 16–17 years: Open Testimoni, Ask, posting, and community features.
• 18+ years: Full access including all standard features.
• Verified Adult (KTP): Full access including paid research and anonymous Testimoni.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on MenurutLo. By posting, you grant MenurutLo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

All user-generated text is processed through our AI moderation pipeline before publication. Content violating our community guidelines may be removed without notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting content that is harmful, abusive, or violates Indonesian law
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Attempting to identify anonymous Testimoni senders
• Using the platform for commercial solicitation without prior written consent
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Attempting to access restricted features by misrepresenting your age

5. Testimoni & Anonymous Mode

Anonymous Testimoni is available only to KTP-verified users aged 18 and above. The sender's identity is encrypted and stored securely. It is never revealed to the recipient, other users, or third parties except in cases required by law. Attempting to misuse the anonymous feature to harass others will result in account termination.

6. Points, Rewards & Research

Points earned on the platform are subject to our rewards terms. Points have no cash value except when redeemed through designated channels. Participation in paid research surveys requires KTP verification and compliance with survey rules. Fraudulent responses will result in disqualification and account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

The MenurutLo name, logo, design, and platform infrastructure are owned by MenurutLo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

MenurutLo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for user-generated content, service interruptions, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
